You can settle all your orders by Paypal, CB, Visa, Master Card.



How to know if a Popetse Toys is available?

If a Popetse Toys is not available it will be marked "Sold out", you will be however possible to be notified by email when it will be back in stock by sign up HERE.

How long it will take to my order to be prepared?

Every effort are makes to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order is handled within fifteen 3 to 7 days (preparation and shipment) from the day after the reception of the confirmation email.

How to change or cancel my order?

You have three 3 days to change or cancel your order. To do this you just have to make the request by mail to : hello@popetsetoys.com

From what country is it possible to order your creations?

You can order your Popetse Toys from multiple locations around the world. France, Monaco, countries of the European Union, Japan, United States, Canada, Australia, Korea ... however we advise you to send an email at hello@popetsetoys.com, if you have a doubt about the desired destination.

I want to buy a Popetse Toys as a gift, what can I do?

If you want to buy an item as a gift, let us know by mail : hello@popetsetoys.com . We can add a personalized note.

What can i do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged inside of his packaging or defective, please notify us by mail at : hello@popetsetoys.com within a maximum of 3 days. We find a solution to replace or refund you according to the best choise you prefer.



What are the delivery methods?

All orders are sent by Colissimo excpet very small order (below 3 cm).

What are the delivery times?

Your order is processed within 3 or 7 days, once your order is prepared and shipped, it can take between a few days and several weeks before that is arrive to you. Once handled by the postal service, the delivery times are beyond our control.

How to track my package ?

For every order shipped we send you a tracking number. You can follow at any time the delivery of your order with www.colissimo.fr

Is there any shipping costs?

The shipping costs can change by destination and the weight of your order. The shipping price are communicated to you when you registering your order.

What if I have not received my order?

If your order did not arrive within a maximum of two months from receipt of the confirmation email, please send us an email with your order number to hello@popetsetoys.com We will refund your order.



How much time do I have to return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your item and for some reason, you have fifteen days from reception of the product to return it at the following address: "Popetse Toys, Amandine Metton, 6 rue de l'ancienne préfécture, 69002 Lyon, RA". The returned item must be in perfect condition, have never been used, be in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Who is responsible for the cost of return?

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, except in cases where the item delivered is different from what was ordered (color, size, model or if the product is damaged inside of his packaging).
