Popetsetoys manufactures to order and rarely holds any stock. Therefore all lead times stated in the product descriptions are approximate and non-binding. The general lead time is one week, with a maximum of 20 days if not agreed with the customer otherwise. For wholesale the general lead time depend with numbers of items. However, popetsetoys cannot guarantee an exact lead time although it strives to deliver orders as soon as possible. In the case of technical malfunction, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond popetsetoys's control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. popetsetoys will keep the customer duly informed of the status of the order. If items with different lead times are ordered, all items will be sent in one parcel at the longer time indicated.

Deliveries are handled by a reliable courier service and the customer will receive a tracking number with the dispatch confirmation email. Delivery to non-european countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of goods. The customer is liable for any extra charges. In case of a parcel being delivered in damaged condition, the customer should claim this directly with the courier and decline to accept the delivery. thereafter the customer should contact popetsetoys immediately. However, popetsetoys is not liable for any damage during shipment. Popetstoys cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by customer error. This could be the case if wrong address details have been supplied or if the goods cannot be received.

 

5. RETURNS & CANCELLATION

If the customer does not wish to retain an item, he/she has the right to return the item within seven days after delivery. If national regulations stipulate a longer period for returns, this should apply. returns and exchanges outside this time frame cannot be accepted.

The customer must first inform popetsetoys by email (hello@popetsetoys.com) of the intention to return any goods within three days after delivery. An item cannot be returned if it has been washed, mended or damaged in any way. Return articles should be sent in the original wrapping and need to have all original labels attached. The shipping costs of any returns will be entirely paid for by the customer and under no circumstances will popetsetoys reimburse these costs. Popetsetoys will not accept any parcels that are not prepaid. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, popetsetoys will reimburse the customer for the returned item(s) via bank transfer within fourteen days after receiving the returned goods. customised or specially made products cannot be returned.

What are the delivery methods?

All orders are sent by Colissimo excpet very small order (below 3 cm).

What are the delivery times?

Your order is processed within 3 or 7 days, once your order is prepared and shipped, it can take between a few days and several weeks before that is arrive to you. Once handled by the postal service, the delivery times are beyond our control.

How to track my package ?

For every order shipped we send you a tracking number. You can follow at any time the delivery of your order with www.colissimo.fr

Is there any shipping costs?

The shipping costs can change by destination and the weight of your order. The shipping price are communicated to you when you registering your order.

What if I have not received my order?

If your order did not arrive within a maximum of two months from receipt of the confirmation email, please send us an email with your order number to hello@popetsetoys.com We will refund your order.



 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

How much time do I have to return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your item and for some reason, you have fifteen days from reception of the product to return it at the following address: "Popetse Toys, Amandine Metton, 6 rue de l'ancienne préfécture, 69002 Lyon, RA". The returned item must be in perfect condition, have never been used, be in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Who is responsible for the cost of return?

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, except in cases where the item delivered is different from what was ordered (color, size, model or if the product is damaged inside of his packaging).
